The Board of Trade and Treasury now agree

to the Bill as amended, subject, however, in the case

of the Treasury, to certain conditions. I do not

think it is necessary to have any meeting to discuss

these conditions which are comparatively simple,

and suggest we should proceed as in drafts herewith.
